Campanula latiloba 'Splash'This is thought to be a plant last available during the 1950's in the UK but it may still be available in other countries under the 'real' name. Re-introduced in 1998 by Brian Ellis of Avondale Nursery in England (Tel: +44 (0)1203 673662) it seems to be unknown to the UK National Collection holder Peter Lewis, and both of them and myself would like to know a little more information about the background to this plant or any other information PLANTS readers and viewers may know about. Flowers are blue dappled with paler splashes and it's a good spreader in sun or shade growing to betweeen 60-90cms tall.
